The hotel was really nice. The room was great. Breakfast was impressive, so many delicious options. We where so glad to find a room that weekend. The only issue was when we came in to check in the person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I already booked my room thru Travelocity. But thru the check in process he changed his tune and became pleasant.

1. Es wurde gebucht ein Familienzimmer und schriftlich gebeten für ein Zusatzbet. Man bekam ein stinkendes Doppelzimmer ohne Platz für ein Zusatzbett. Angeblich hatte das Hotel diese Angaben nicht bekommen. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir eine schriftliche Bestätigung haben wurde geantwortet, dass ohne eine Antwort vom Hotel diese Anfrage belanglos wäre. Mit der Bezahlung einer Differenz vor Ort wurde das Problem geklärt. 2. Beim eincheken wird verlangt seine persönliche Unterschrift als Muster dem Hotel zur Verfügung zu stellen (wird im Computer direkt gespeichert), was sehr merkwürdig ist. Es handelt sich nicht um die Hotelanmeldung 3. Frühstück ausgezeichnet und sehr, sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter
