We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with great amenities that made our visit comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is excellent—having the station downstairs made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient, and being directly across from Tokyo Skytree was a huge bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone each morning. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and location. Clean hotel in a great location near skytree. Rooms are spacious compared to Tokyo standards. Only issue was lack of access to clean water. The water bottle refill is located in the restaurant lobby and was often closed for much of the day with limited access. There is no clean water system in the room and no water bottles provided.
