"Hotel room and general feel were excellent, the hotel is still brand new.
But if you're in a hurry to get places, this may not be the hotel for you. There simply aren't enough elevators servicing the place. And due to the multiple elevator changes and elevator restrictions by floor, sometimes it takes days to get up or down."
"Fast check-in and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. If you need extra coffee for your room, it was made available at no extra charge."
"Hotel was very clean, very comfortable, and had a great view. The airport shuttle and the MRT shuttle were super helpful! Those were our favorite perks to this hotel. The hotel is right next to the boardwalk along the water. It’s a peaceful walk, with beautiful views. The MRT shuttle takes you to the nearby city gate outlet. That’s a huge mall with tons of stores to shop and restaurants to eat at. It was very convenient to be so close to it. We would stay at this hotel again if we visited Hong Kong again! "
