Request of room cleaning ignored
After going out for breakfast, I like to return to my room to work for a while before going out for the day. So, I left a sign "Cleaning the room as soon as possible" at the door. Every time I returned, I found the room untouched. I had to find a maid and beg her to clean my room. Then, I had to go down to the lobby to wait. This is unacceptable. When making the round, the maid should clean the rooms with a sign asking for cleaning as soon as possible. She just ignored the sign. This is unacceptable. BP management should take note of this.

Centrally located, good transport link.
The hotel is situated about 5 mins from Nathan road, so plenty of buses and 7mins from Jordan MTR so it's well located. Temple Street, top end of TST, Harbour city etc are all within 10mins on foot. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The only negative I see is the condition, it's a little run down, I think they might be upgrading as there are signs saying some work will be starting at the end of the month .
