It’s an amazing stay. I only stay a night, get ready for my flight back to Sydney next day. Once I got in hotel door, 2 staffs welcomed me & assisted to take my heavy luggages. Not much people for checking in, staff from front desk welcomed me when she saw me, it showed the efficiency. I originally booked twin bed room, due to plan changed, I travelled alone & requested a King bed room, she matched my request. So appreciated to her assistance. Get in the hotel room, the room condition maintain well comparing to my previous stay at Courtyard HK. Very impressed to Man Ho Chinese restaurant, the chef made delicious meal, I’ve been 2 times for dinner, the dishes were great, I can smell the wok chi when the dishes in front of me. Spa experience was so far so good. I suppose to check out at noon, but after the Spa treatment, it’s already past noon, I can’t get in my room due past check out time, so I go down to front desk requested assistance, the staff saw me in a rush, he offered a late check out till 2pm, so i have enough time get ready for my flight. Very thoughtful!! Those staffs showed attention in detail….not 1 staffs, it’s team work. Thank you so much, I’ll be back next time😉

Cozy stay
The hotel ambiance is cozy and the service is excellent especially the staff from the lounge & concierge. Shuttle service too is really great for in & out of airport. The taste of Breakfast food was not the greatest but overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to be back whenever we have another trip in HK

Nice hotel.
Great hotel and excellent staff. I would say that you should be aware that we walked approximately a half hour from where we picked up our bags to the place where the shuttle comes to take you to the hotel. The shuttle was great and very efficient. But it is a long walk. No different for any other shuttle. Just a long way to walk.
