This was my 11th time to Mexico & my 6th time to the Cancun area. This is incredibly beautiful property with lots of dining option and activities. The pools & beach are both beautiful & well maintained. The food is some of the better I have had at an all inclusive & the bartenders & wait staff at all of the pools & restaurants provided great service, especially Julio at the pool & Oscar at the Mediterranean restaurant (Oscar really went above & beyond to make my birthday special). Unfortunately, I did not get to thoroughly relax or enjoy this trip due to the excess of loud partying, bass heavy music & screaming party goers outside of our room at all hours of the night (usually until 1 or 2 am). I specifically picked this resort because it was supposed to be more about a chill and relaxing experience, not a party resort. I work hard and when I’m on vacation, sleep & unwinding in a peaceful environment is top priority. All 4 nights of our stay we were woken by the music & screaming. It appears our room was right next to a rooftop where they host their receptions & parties & the noise radiated throughout all of building 2. The rooms closest to this event space should not be sold to guests, maybe turned into coat closets. I contacted the concierge & front desk 4 times regarding this issue. I was told there were no more events in this space for the remainder of our stay, so I didn’t move rooms due to the inconvenience of packing and unpacking again, but the parties didn't stop.

We had a wonderful stay at this adults-only resort, and I must say the ambiance and overall vibe were peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. Among the many dining options at the resort, we especially enjoyed Casa di Luna (Mediterranean) and El Suspiro (Seafood). We were fortunate to have an outstanding waiter, Ricardo, at Casa di Luna—thank you, Ricardo! His service made the experience even more memorable. Most of the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive. Whether we were at the beach or by the pool, servers came by regularly with food and drinks. Although I don’t remember everyone’s name, I recall Christopher, our beach server, who did an excellent job. Our room was also cleaned and well-kept each day (special shout-out to Yadira, who was very sweet).

Pros: stunning hotel, staff makes you feel incredibly welcome and special. private jacuzzi and balcony for sunset watching, and access to private Inspira pools and cabanas. Cons: we were not impressed by the food or drinks- only had one memorable meal at the seafood restaurant despite eating at 6 different restaurants at the venue. Because of this, we had a hard time justifying how expensive it was comparatively. We expected amazing cuisine, and it simply wasn’t. Overall we would recommend the hotel as it’s beautiful and the staff was excellent, but we personally probably won’t be back because of the food to cost ratio.
