Position is great, easy for public transport anywhere or walking. Only downside was the one bedroom apartment we had was good but bedroom was cramped and only a queen bed. Not much room to get in and out on one side

An enjoyable stay...
Our stay at Arise was very pleasant. From the time we arrived the front desk attendants were prompt and courteous. The room itself was spacious and the amenities in the room like gas stove top and washing machine/dryer helped a great deal. The view on level 3 was ok. The view from the rooftop viewing deck more than made up for this however only accessible until 9pm. The place itself is very central and a short walk to shops and cafes. The one thing that let things down was the attention to detail with the cleaning, the shelves above the sink covered in grease and dust, above the dryer had old opened detergent packets and a single sock, the bedroom under the bed dust galore and belongings from previous guests left behind. The bathroom sink slow to drain due to the accumulation of mold and hair clogging the plug. Despite these minor details Id still visit again.
