Best staff in the Biz, very good stay.
The front desk staff were amazing, from (very) early check in to helping me out with wifi issues (mostly me), I could not be more pleased with the hotel and the staff, especially the evening people who were absolutely amazing.

Good location. Close too food , supermarkets, transport or walking distance to everything. Rooms good size. Bed and tv big. Got an upgrade to a balcony which was a meter square ,but enough to check the weather. Bathroom large not much bench space and one step away from bed.Towels huge. Toilteries small but if u have your own not a problem. . But only used to watch tv and sleep at night so more than adequate. Truck emptying bottles bins in the lane at 4am a bit noisy!!

Friendly convenient hotel.
Clean, central to all city experiences. Loved that QV shopping centre Safeway, Big W and other retail shops half a block away. Quiet position other than weekend night scene noise. Higher up levels would probably not even notice.
