Hate the hyatt
I stayed at 3 different hotels during my stay and the Hyatt was the worst. Checking in and having to look into a camera then onto a small and dirty room. The room overlooking a construction site and noise from train all day. Housekeeping came daily around 5 pm (a little late in the day). You could not bring food into the hotel so stuck with overpriced food on premises. Honestly unless you like to lose money gambling pick a different hotel.
Mold in shower just in case you want to work on a science project
Great clean faucet in bathroom.
Bland hallway and dirty laundry in the floor. Who needs color and warmth in a hotel. Decorative is not this hotel

Close to the airport and great for families
Hyatt Regency is close to the airport so you can avoid the traffic, it is clean and security is great. There are options around to eat and the endless minibar is fantastic. Overall a great hotel and great for families.

I recently stayed at the hotel on 3 seperate occaisions within 3 weeks. Generally very good experience but some irritations. Having made resevations, at check in need to complete name,email,cell .... each time!!. Passport check, yes, ok. Queue at breakfast infuriating. More staff needed and better system required so dont have to stand for over 10 minutes before before details are taken, again, and then being shown to table. Concierge and baggage handling courteous/helpful & excellant/. We left some bags at hotel for 3 weeks with no fuss. Some small improvements would get hotel 5 stars

The ambience and facilities were great. The pools and surrounding areas inside were beautifully designed. The mall attached was also convenient and attractive. The bathroom in the corner room suite was impressive. Some of the facility was showing a bit of wear such as the curtains having the corner section detached. The only other issue was the second hand smoke from the casino area which was connected to the main lobby as it makes it hard to stay in that area for an extended period for someone with respiratory conditions.
