The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was great as well just that not much of clothes hanging space. The snack bar full of choices for instant noodles and biscuits. The drinks fridge has lot of choices too including bottle mineral water and sandwiches as well. They even gave a puzzle piece for you to draw and paste on the wall however we were sad as ours dropped and went missing after 2days. They also gave me a birthday card and gifts too.

I enjoyed my stay Cho Hotel. There are great facilities available such as kitchenette area on the 2nd floor. My room was well insulated from road traffic noise so sleeping wasn't an issue. Ximending is also a short walk over.
