Greenworld connected 2 rooms
The 2 bedroom unit is smaller than the normal greenworld room and the “ventilation” windows are very small and frosted. Mosquitoes will enter the room when you open the window. The room is linked by a common walkway. It is basically v small 2 individual rooms with no place for luggage to open. We have to place the luggage at the private walkway leading to the 2 rooms. Not recommended.

Great location and lovely staff, but booked this specific hotel because it advertised a gym facility. The gym facility itself was less than desirable and hope that the hotel updates the ads with pictures to set those expectations ahead of time. Room had no windows and carpets & walls needing TLC. Bathroom was however pretty clean and modern.

Location wise: 100% great, MRT exit outside the hotel, Ximending night market across the hotel, 7/11 is the same building as the hotel. Cleanliness: there were dust bunnies in the room. The beds even if we make up room, are not that clean, the bathroom has hairs even after make up room. Breakfast: not child friendly as there were only few choices. Service: Front desk - it depends on who you talk to. Some are okay some are not. Housekeeping - we were asking for extra pillows on the day that we arrived. They answered NO firm no. They did not even explain why. Then we asked again the next day in the front desk to add pillows to our room.

The smell in a room was bad. It was loud at night, some kind of machine was humming and vibrating whole night. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned, the sheets seemed dirty with stains.

It was an OK hotel to stay in. Slight distance from Ximen station. The cleanliness can be improved. There were hairs found in cups in the bathroom. Carpets were slightly on the aging side. Stains, dust and hair can seen. The bedsheets also had stains on them at the sides. The breakfast buffet was OK. 5/6 hot dishes everyday and were not repeated daily. Not the greatest of taste, but OK enough. Food were replenished quite quickly. The aunty staff at the buffet was friendly and helpful. Check-in staff was friendly but the check out staff was not. But not till the extend of rude. Just that he gave an attitude expression when dealing with us. Overall experience, would give 5/10 as a rating. If the cleanliness were better, would give a 6 to 6.5/10.

Excellent location
Hotel has good location. Close to street food, shopping. No need to go far. Everything was near and walkable. The beds comfortable. Rooms clean & big enough for 2 persons. Variety of choices for breakfast.Jay the front desk staff spoke english. He was pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the shower curtain. It was short so bathrm floor gets wet all over. Needvto change old worn out towels to new ones.
