Great service but not as advertised rooms
The 2 bedroom presidential suite I was given with Haram view actually had partial view unlike the advertised picture. Also, instead of the two large bathrooms within the bedrooms promised a “Grand five-piece bathroom” which we didn’t get as well. We had tiny bathrooms that had a three piece set. These are the only two disappointments that were completely different than advertised.

l was disappointed with the experience, which felt more akin to a 4-star hotel. My room was directly beneath another undergoing construction, causing significant noise. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, as the bedding was quite dusty. Despite raising these issues, I received only an apology and no compensatory gesture.
