Where do i even start. The apartment its self wasn't too bad, pretty small for 2 people but was happily enough get on with it as it was pretty modern and location was good. However.. we arrived at 11pm at silkhaus, the receptionists are rude and cant even be bothered to even make eye contact. We pretty much had to navigate ourselves around the building. So the next day, i decided to go down to reception to ask where the pool was. He told me that the pool is shut untill the 7th of may, the whole duration of our holiday. So i rang silkhaus, and they hand no idea of this, so they promised me that they would ring me back if they could find me another room in their other buildings. 4 hours this took them, bare in mind i had to ring them multiple times for an update cause they couldn't bring themselves to tell me they had no other rooms. I requested a refund, they wouldnt give me a refund for the first night, only the other 6 night, which i think it was very unfair as we wouldnt of even stayed if we knew about the pool situation. But the receptionist was that unprofessional he didnt even bother telling us on arrival. They didnt even bother to help find another hotel to put us in, so my first day went to stressing and finding another hotel. Anyway, were home from our holiday and we've still got no refund. Hotels.com was even worse and offered me a coupon code instead, didn't even reply to my email.
