Get what you pay for

The staff was super friendly and accommodating (early check in and adjacent rooms). Water station and cookies etc. Rooms were quiet, clean and served their purpose. As typical for nyc hotels they were TINY TINY. Would not be good for more than 2 people who want to open their suitcase. Location was convenient to trains though quite congested. We did get a good nightly rate though!

Great Check In, not a bad lobby. Room was hot, turned air down, it never cooled- the bathroom toilet was very dirty in the bowl and around the base. We were not in the room but to sleep and shower so I did not complain but it was " roughing it" in the Chelsea neighborhood for sure.

Totally OK hotel to stay at in NYC. The location is good. Otherwise the hotel was a strong 7. It only had two elevators to serve customers living in 27 floors. The other elevator was closed for one day and us customers got to wait in a line like 15-20 minutes for a elevator. Not good. Even in NYC standards.
