Highly recommend staying here, the room was fantastic and the staff are absolutely terrific! They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. The manager, Vlad, is a standout guy!!! I will absolutely be back here again if and when I go back to Banff!!

Hotel room was great - having 2 rooms upstairs was the perfect setup for our family. The wood burning fireplace was great for the evenings, and we were able to make full meals in the kitchen. The pool really needed to be cleaned. The deck was covered in dirt and the hot tub was foamy. Hopefully the outdoor hot tub is back soon.

It was a lovely experience. There were a couple of cleanliness issues that can be expected in a full kitchen set up. Some pots and dishes left soiled but we cleaned them and all was well. Perfect location, quiet room, good service. The room was everything we wanted and this is why we stay here a couple of times a year. Comfortable bed and lovely living areas.

Overall a great place to stay. Had indoor swimming pool and hot tub working. Outdoor pool/hot tub was closed but that did not make any difference to us as indoors was accessible. Only thing missing was the breakfast wasnt included in our package, but they have decent restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Junior room was very spacious, big enough with heating/AC, big washroom, and very clean. The room had everything that a standard stay should have in it. Parking was included. It's only 10 min drive from banff downtown and all the main café, eatery places in the town.
