Could be improved
Good hotel but depending on the station you leave from, the hotel might seems like it is located at in the back streets which it is not really. The reception is also on the 2nd floor. Free late evening/night snacks were provided but on the 2nd floor and were limited and not as interesting as other less expensive hotels. Unfortunately, the toilets did not have an exhauts fan which is a necessity for me when travelling with others.

Very enjoyable stay
Enjoyable stay in a sizable and comfortable room. Love the feature whereby you can check the availability of washing machines online. Lounge service was very good with good food and friendly service. However the lifts were slow, this aggravated by the fact that whether the lifts are approaching. Overall, a very nice hotel will revisit again if given a chance.

Room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable, airconditiong/heater worked well, TV had many channels to select from, coffee/tea/snacks at lobby was a nice touch too, location is convenient and not in a too-busy part of town. The staff at the front desk was not so helpful when we requested her to assist with making a restaurant reservation.

We stayed twice at this hotel. We loved it both times, great price/quality ratio. Very easy location for day trips, as there is an underground gallery that connects directly to umeda station where you can hop on a train to everywhere. Also very convenient to come/go to the airport as the bus stop is 5 minutes away. The free spa was a great addition - especially for men as they also have the sauna, not available on the women’s side. What I would like to find next time: - free towels in the spa area (I don’t think it is hygienic to take the towel from the room, and I hate to bring back a wet towel to the room after using the public bath in the evening- and that I need to reuse the same towel in the morning! - free coffee powder in the room; it’s true that you can go downstairs and get a complimentary coffee at the bar, but you still need to get dressed .. easy addition as there is already the electric kettle and the cups. I would definitely go back.
