Ski Trip Hotel
Overall clean and well kept hotel. Service at the front desk was quick, helpful, and attentive. It is a smaller hotel in a mountain town and as such it was fairly noisy until around 11:30pm and started getting noisy again around 6:30am. Only real negative other than the noise was the parking. Extremely tight and limited parking available. If you drive a 150/1500 type truck it is very tight but with anything larger it is unmanageable. Plan to find your own parking unless you arrive early or drive a small suv/car.

Our stay was absolutely incredible!! Such friendly and kind front desk staff! Amazing double jacuzzi. Comfortable beds and a cozy, clean room with fridge. And a delicious complimentary breakfast. Also I am a vip hotels.com member so free underground parking ($5- if not vip). Fantastic stay! We will be back

Great hotel with excellent location, it was our second time staying there this week. Only complaint this time was that our breakfast didn’t show up at the requested time but when I phoned down after 10 minutes they were quick to bring it up. The issue was the young man at the front desk had messy writing and his “1” looked like a “4” so our requested 7:15 looked like a 7:45. Honest mistake but they did their best to correct. We will be back

Perfect location, great service during Covid
The lodge is in the centre of Banff and within walking distance to everywhere important. The service is great - personable and friendly. The team made me feel at ease with all their Covid considerations. The hotel was kept clean and gel was available throughout. Breakfast was free and delivered to the room in a bag well packaged. Great to take some food items with you if you are skiing! The hotel was putting up their Christmas decorations making it even cozier. Ill be back as soon as I can!

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The brown bag contenental breakfast was safe and convenient.
