Relaxing getaway.
Great stay at Furama Resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is nice and in good condition. The room was comfortable and the bedding excellent. Bathroom was very clean but slightly dated. Overall the pool area was very nice. Great for a relaxing getaway.

I have here many time but now I'm disappointed.
I have been in this hotel so many times as I love the hotel's garden but I think, this is the last time I stay. Stay in the hotel but little bit like under control of someone. Every time I come back to hotel, security at the parking asked me where are you going, I answered "I'm going to hotel", I was approaching to the lobby, an other security stoped me and ask again, where I'm going. I paying for staying here and I have to tell them where I go and what I do? Then spoke to the concierge, after that I went to my room, a staff at the front desk running to me and ask for my room number. I told her to check at your guest list if you are a receptionist. No body show me the table for breakfast, I choose a table and wait for someone to clean the table but no one care about this. I came to them and told them to do it, the table was completely dirty of food but they did not change the table linen. They just place new cutlery set on it.

Furama was an awesome resort and would recommend. Pools were so good and the gym was really clean.There were a few issues with our room (such as bath tub didn't work and toilet on the last day broke) however staff were very helpful and straight onto it and did not give us any trouble so I would say that's a very good benefit as we did not stress out about it. They were sincerely apologetic and that's a good trait to have.
