Really like the hotel.
Room was small as per western standard, but well equipped: bath tub, Japanese toilet, nice big TV with BBC and a few (English) movies on demand (Free), luggage storage under the bed.
Internet was good. Optional breakfast was also good. My favorite part was probably the “bath” on the top floor.
Automated Check in was a pain (did not work), but that’s minor.
From Narita airport took the Keisei Skyliner, it was a doable walk with luggage.
The hotel is fairly closed to the Metro, about 20 meter from Exit 3.
I then left taking the Shinkansen (bullet train): from the hotel, to Metro, to Tokyo station, it took me 1 hour.
