Just beautiful, elegant and luxurious
This was a great find, a very exclusive feeling hotel for a reasonable price. You can get straight into the building from the metro at Shin-Nihonbashi, which is super convenient. The hotel reception is incredibly smart and always quiet and calm. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and the excellent service and nice cocktails in the bar. The area looks a little less interesting but exploring the side streets particularly behind the hotel led to some great finds for eating and drinking, and there are some even smarter and more exclusive hotels in close distance for more food and drink options. Attention to detail was impeccable and we had a brilliant stay.

We are a family of four travelling from Canada (2 adults & 2 teens). We booked 2 rooms to accommodate all of us. 1st room: Moderate Double Room & 2nd room: Moderate Twin Room. The 2nd room had a way better lay out and was much better for our 7 night stay. The hotel was very clean & close to everything we needed. The staff were not very friendly and not overly helpful compared to the amazing hospitality we have experienced in other Japanese hotels.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome when I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation.

Pretty good!
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It is pretty good overall, in perfect condition, good location and in a very nice neighbourhood, and from the hotel, one can walk to a lot of places. I have not tried their bar and restaurant/breakfast. When I'll be back next time, I'll book it again.
