"Lovely stay with exceptional service! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the city centre, surrounded by plenty of food options, dessert spots, and a great selection of shops and souvenir stores. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Karim checked us both in and out, and I have to say, what a kind and helpful person. We needed directions to both the post office and the drug store, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we got where we needed to go. We were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely return. I’d happily recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family!"
