Great hotel in a great location

This hotel is centrally located in Taipei, with convenient metro transportation to many scenic areas and shopping centers. About 10 min walking distance to the nearest metro station. On the top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle service to metro stations and some scenic (shopping) locations at scheduled times. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful. They help arrange daily trip and airport shuttle at very reasonable prices. The daily buffer breakfast was great! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Very professional, they made it easy for us to check in and get situated and also get safe, reliable transportation to the airport upon departure very early in the morning. Rooms were quite nice and had good natural light. The location is a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, but very doable. Breakfast was amazing, very high-quality and professionally done. All About, the Riviera Hotel was a very professional operation, and we would definitely stay again.
