I would second the assessment of other reviewers that (Mr.) Henry is a great asset to the company.
The hotel was quiet, had a lift, plenty of hot running water and free transfer to airport.
However, it wasn't the hotel I booked. I had tried to look on my phone at the map directions to the hotel but got a message saying that the location could not be found.
When I arrived at Hanoi airport, I tried again. Same result. The driver had the same issue. He drove around for some time, but there are many small airport hotels on side roads and our search was unsuccessful.
He rang the number, and eventually got directions which took us to Viet Village Hotel where a pleasant young man who identified himself as Henry came out to meet me and confirmed the reservation.
During booking, I had read that 'Airport Hotel Hanoi Convenient and Friendly' did go under other names and thought there must have been a name change since they advertised the property, not that it was a totally different place.
There were not many places around Viet Village to get food and after I'd taken a shower and returned to reception, there seemed to be no one around.
The next morning in the taxi on the way to the airport I saw, on the right, 'Airport Hotel Hanoi, Convenient and Friendly'. I can only assume they advertise one hotel and then allocate bookings among a number that Henry speeds between.
Though I did get somewhere to sleep, it was confusing and a little disconcerting.
