I really enjoy Eleven Hotel. Staff was very professional and polite. I needed a 445am cab, there waiting when I came down. I asked for a quiet room, they obliged. Bed is super comfy,wi fi is good. Can’t comment on the breakfast. I will return for sure.

Good hotel for first timers in Bangkok
The location of the hotel is a real mix between tourists and locals which is great and close to both the BTS and trains. The hotel staff are wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. We were initially given a room on the 4th floor facing the street and asked to move after the first night as the music from the clubs were really loud and go into the night. After moving to the 7th floor on the other side of the hotel we no longer had this problem! The pool and gym are perfect and exactly what you need after a day of sightseeing.

Eleven Hotel 2 Nights
Overall ok stay. Location great. Staff were excellent and gave us the best recommendation for a local massage (after rain). Room smelled musty and housekeeping did the bare minimum and did not replenish with fresh towels. Pool was nice and not too crowded. Gym could use an update but functional.
