We had a very comfortable stay. Love the modern chic and lux design. Staff were always so friendly and helpful.

I was warmly welcome when i reached with personal touch - hand written card in my room. Was upgraded to a suite for this time as i returned again. Awesome spread of breakfast too! Thank you and great team - please keep up the great job without disappointment as usual!

A great stay all round

Pathumwan Princess has always been my top choice of hotel for Bangkok. It is well connected to MBK mall and Siam. The hotel breakfast is of a very high quality and standard. The rooms are newly renovated which are large in space, clean and brightly lighted. Staff are very friendly and approachable

Well located

Very nice and convenient place to stay.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, since there is already a room available we were acommodated immediately. All staff are friendly and accomodating. The room size is not that big, but I must say facilities are very good. Towels, bedsheet, pillows looks new and clean. Toiletries are complete, no bidet though. There's a 24 hrs gym, but we didn't use it. They also have launderette. We stayed for 2 nights, on the 2nd day after we had our tour we found our room made up, they gave us new...

Pros: 1) Helpful, friendly and courteous staff, clean and comfy rooms. The bed and pillows were absolutely comfy. 2) Good food nearby e.g. Krua Khun Puk, eateries in T21 and Korean Town, a few stations away from Paragon Siam and Chinatown. 3) Good shopping areas in T21, nearby Platinum, Robinson 4) Good tailor like Jesse & Sons across the road Cons: 1) The shower room door cannot close completely and makes the toilet floor very slippery. Very memorable birthday holiday stay for my wife. Excellent service with the chef and the team leaving a cake in our room to enjoy. It was such a very nice gesture. Very near to good shopping malls and spas. View was amazing and sleeping with the curtains open gave us fantastic view of the river.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The premise was clean and the rooms were great! Breakfast was wonderful. The only drawback was the location as it is not located near a train station.
