AC remote issue
The air conditioner in the room had issues which we did not notice when sleeping but woke up freezing. Went to adjust but the controller seemed broken. Asked the front desk support and had it arranged with personel also challenged taking about 5-10minutes. Imagine, all this happening at 2am on Christmas Day with kids potentially waking up thinking it’s Santa was quite stressful. I expect much more pre checks on hard ware at such a prestigious hotel, paying more for security and service, and of course some apologies when checking out. I did not say it but wouldn’t you usually ask about how was your stay etc? And some apologies in the morning? It is a lovely venue and we due Annually go but a bit disappointed in how things were handled
