This hotel leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The rooms are spotlessly clean and (some) have outstanding views of the city. The staff is amazing and goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable. Although the prices are a bit steep, the food served in the restaurant is topnotch. All in all, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and cannot wait to be back.

If you are visiting Tokyo for a conference and the conference is in the conference center of the same building, the location will work, but not otherwise. What a spectacular experience we had. Everything about this hotel is beyond superb. From the service, to the rooms, amenities, breakfast, location (so many subway lines) restaurants within the hotel area if you are too tired to go out. The attention to detail is beyond words. We loved our stay at this hotel and were sad to leave when it was time to move to our next destination.
