The bed was a little hard and the toilet didn’t work correctly. I didn’t report it cause we kinda fixed it. Also someone should have told us no freezer in the room. Ice cream melted. If that was noted, then I’m sorry I didn’t see it.

Tokyo Disneyland Hotel is an amazing property to stay at, especially if you are attending either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea. The convenient access to the resort-line monorail makes getting around a breeze. Amenities are nice and in-line with what you might come to expect from the Mira-Costa, as well!

Service and courtesy level was God level. Everyone was smiling, cheerful, and very helpful. Even after we checked out, they arranged for a big taxi to take us and our big luggage to our next hotel. The rooms are very unique but elegant. the property was beautiful. We stay here for 5 nights and felt so comfortable. it’s just right across Tokyo Disneyland and for guests staying at this property, you get a happy entry pass which allows you to enter the park 15mins earlier than other guests. Worth it especially because you’ll be able to get to your first ride of choice before the crowds rush in. The amenities in our room were so cute and we love the rainfall style shower with the tub room. The room was definitely a lot bigger than we had expected especially for a room in Japan since some of the rooms at other hotels have been smaller.
