Close to train station.
Only one block from the train station and you can enter the building from an above ground walkway. Front desk spoke English and checkin was a breeze. I had a single room that was a typical size for a Japanese hotel of this caliber. Decor is dated but functional. The bar on the top floor has great views of Takasaki City. The hotel could do a few more elevators.

The hotel represents value for mney but as a female business woman wanting to hang clothes, press them etc it was less ideal. The room is good for holiday travelers.

Lovely hotel
Great location right next to Takasaki Station. Hotel staff are friendly and get you checked-in quickly.
The rooms are decently sized by Japanese standards..they have a closet that can accommodate a suitcase, plus extra room between the bed and window for storage.
It's pretty good value for the price, and is a great place to stay when visiting Gunma. There are also direct trains to Tokyo from Takasaki Station, making for an easy commute into Tokyo if you have a JR Rail Pass.

Great hotel close to Takasaki Station
Solid hotel in the middle of Takasaki, right next to the station.
The hotel staff is very helpful and speak varying degrees of English. Rooms are larger than usual for Japanese hotels. Free wifi in the guest rooms, and overall a very affordable and nice hotel.

Convenient location and clean.
Great place to stay for traveling around Gunma area. Very convenient with shopping area walking distance to train station. Room quite small but clean.
