Hotel was really nice, very clean and spacious. They provided pyjamas, toothbrushes and other free amenities that you can collect at the reception area which was top quality. Only thing missing was Mt Fuji which was not visible for the two days we stayed which would have been an incredible view from our window. You can either walk from Kawaguchiko Station for 20mins or take the local bus which is a 5 minute ride to Asakasa which leaves you directly infront of the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Very good accomodation next to Akaska bus stop. Had a good introduction to Onsan with this one overlooking Fuji San! No milk or creamer in room and although free coffee machine downstairs only available in limited morning hours.

The hotel was very clean! The food, breakfast and dinner was extraordinarily delicious. And the onsen was extremely relaxing! They also offer spa services, a masseuse that will come directly to your room! And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. What a great relaxing time!

Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them!

Great hotel room, with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff is also very friendly, the room very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a great choice with many different dishes and local food. Highly recommend!

The food is wonderful! As a chain hotel , i wasn't expected the stay, but turns out both dinner and breakfast was above expectation and outperformed other traditional ryokan in my opinion.
