Great stay in peaceful location close to the city
We had a lovely overnight stay for Christmas and boxing day. Dinner at windows restaurant after pre dinner drinks at the bar. Woke to take a beautiful walk around albert park lake which is just acroos the road. Tasty breakfast with all you need then worked itnoff in the well equipped gym before checking out.

Pullman? Not really!
Housekeeping was sloppy. All coffee in the room was decaf even when I asked for regular. The room wasn’t cleaned unless I asked and then it was poorly done. The restaurant service was sloppy and the food cold. Bartender in the day didn’t know what drinks were nor was she able to differentiate between scotch or bourbon or Irish whiskey.

Worst experience in 30 years
The check-in took extremely long, ~25 minutes.
The shampoo bottle did not function during my stay.
It was very noisy. There was a door between the two rooms and there is a big gap under the door. The lady in the next room made phone calls from 11pm to about 3am. I called the front desk. They came up with a security person, but it did not help too much.
During the check out two breakfasts were artificially added to the bill.

We stayed here to be close to MSAC, therefore the hotel was convenient.
Facilities were good, nothing brand new or fancy, but everything was in working condition.

Nice stay
Room was fine, nothing special.
Good location with meals available
Had issue with parking where ticket didn't get authorisation at reception and had to wait 10 minutes for attendance in carpark.
I really think this hotel being out of the city should have free parking included.
Was very surprised it was $22 extra.

We stayed at this hotel as it was nearby to a wedding we were attending. It didn’t have much that was in walking distance though in the way of shops or eateries. The whole shower situation wasn’t good at all with the water temperature fluctuating constantly from cold to scalding hot- very dangerous for children or the elderly.
