Resort was very clean. We were not greeted immediately upon arrival and were unsure where to go. Then we were not provided instructions on basic things like how to order room service or the silly manual process of reservations for dinner. We were not shown where our room was. The bell man took our luggage last minute and then showed up a few minutes later to deliver it- when at that point, we could have just taken it to our room ourselves and avoided the need for a “tip”. The restaurant reservation system is ridiculous. You can order room service on your TV- but you have to physically go see the concierge at 9 AM, wait in line, they take your info, then call someone else for a confirmation number and then give you a piece of paper for your reservation time that’s required when you check in. Even then - we were only there for two nights- and could not get reservations because people book their entire week on their first morning. We attended the Landshark that was supposed to be casual informal attire and were turned away due to tank tops. But yet the JWB Steakhouse is a formal wear and there were people wearing flashy shorts and tie die Tshirts. The service was great at JWB and the lobby bar. But very slow at the buffet. Over all, nice resort and about what I’d expect for the sale price we paid. It would get repetitive for food for a full weeks stay.
