Great Stay
Great resort and excellent service. Only downsides are the the ocean is a little rough, it's far from downtown and the airport. The food could be better, gets a little repetitive. Other than that the pools, spa, water park are great! Hotel is super clean and new. Nightly entertainment is also great a fun.

Very clean and well kept. Property is very nice. Service was exceptional, food was seven out of eight. Wish there were a few more elevators. The beds were a little too hard for us. The in room a/c worked great! If you want seclusion this is a great stay. Property is a ways out from city shops and nightlife.

Great 8 nights stay, including Christmas Eve!
Hotel is absolutely new and perfect cleaned, from bathrooms to restaurants. I read some complains about this hotel (as it is a new one) but it is noticeable that have worked hard to fix and improve those gaps. The food variety of the buffet is enormous and really the best restaurant in all meals. Kulinarium was my second best choice with special note on the lobster rice! Our Christmas Eve was fantastic and i could ask for better menu and quality, from lobster to turkey. The grill team in the buffet deserves a special recognition: from eggs to meat they are making great stuff. Employees have good level of English and are super nice people. They made the difference to my stay. The only point of improvement are the deserts. Although variety is high, some of them are technically wrong, tasteless.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly. The resort is very clean. My main complaints are the food and the activities. The food was not very good. In the Steak restaurant, it was downright bad. There were four of us on our trip so this isn't just the opinion of one very critical or hypersensitive foodie - the food was just not very good. We tried all of the restaurants during our stay and none of them were impressive, though we did like the Italian restaurant Milan the best. For breakfast and lunch your options are limited to mainly the buffet or a hamburger stand. For any after hours eating - you are limited to one option, the sports bar. There you can warm up a hamburger or hotdog or nachos or you can grab some fruit. Otherwise, you are stuck with nothing in your stomach but alcohol until the buffet opens in the morning. The other criticism is the lack of activities in the evenings. The days are filled with pools, beaches, water sports, shopping, etc. However, in the evening - there is one option - a show, generally at 9:30. If you aren't interested in the show - a live band one evening, a tour of the world through dance another evening, a mariachi band another evening - there is absolutely NOTHING to do. The pools close at 7pm. There is no shopping nearby. There is nothing within walking distance to the resort - the disco on-site doesn't open until 11pm - so - it would have been nice to have other options. Beautiful resort. Wonderful People.
