Very happy with our choice of hotel. Location great with access for train or tram at a 1 minute walk, always plenty of street parking available for coming and going, plus basement parking onsite at a reasonable cost. Overall it is a easy location to jump in and out of the CBD or a brisk walk down to South Bank.

Toilet was not cleaned when first checked in and the toilet paper was still there. Need to improve toilet flush. Don’t expect house keeping too much. Free breakfast was quite nice. Location was really easy access to tram and only less than 100m away from southern cross station and skybus terminal.

Location is good. Near bus terminal. Service is terrible. Forget about breakfast. Long lines. No silverware, plates, coffee mugs by 9am. 9:30 shutdown and they mean it. Closed sign on the coffee machine by 9:30 even though it took them 10 minutes to get all of the above in order. Shampoo bottle in the shower empty. Never refilled. Long lines for the lift.

Disappointing
Not friendly and smiling staff. Left a box of chocolates and because the staff didn’t write my room number, it was difficult to get it back. Have to go to the reception to collect the towels because the housekeeping staff didn’t return to clean the room when I was busy in the room. To make it a worse experience, the staff told me to tag my own luggage and bring to the store room because they don’t provide the service to tag or roll the luggage because it is express hotel…. It was not cheap. Disappointing as I have stayed a few times in this hotel at Holiday Inn express at Little Collins street
