This place is in Hampton, a small village near Solihull. The area is a good balance of nice villages, countryside and the amenities of a main town. It is all very close to the M42 and the NEC and Birmingham Airport.

"Bit apprehensive beforehand reading reviews as the hotel is undergoing refurb but honestly our room was excellent as it was one newly refurbished. To be fair it was a bit of a trek getting to it but it is an older building and not much they can do about that as it is also only a couple of floors so extends out the back considerably. carpets in corridors bit dirty but builders clearly in and out, and they seem to have painted bits that maybe should have waited until refurb finished - also whoever picked the colour scheme clearly likes green of all shades!!! Bar and bar staff great. Didn't try the food but will next time. But overall no problem recommending ...if you get a refurbed room. problem going back "
"Arrived early and the very helpful gentleman let us check in. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Very quiet, no noise. Good location for shops a d Broad St. Would definitely stay again. "
"Room was lovely and clean. Lifts were a bit of a nightmare even though there were 4! Checked in at 3.20 and rooms weren't ready but they gave us ones that were. Went for breakfast at 8.45 and luckily missed the huge queue that formed behind us. Full english breakfast, cereal, fruit toast, croissants, make your own waffles which were a hit with the kids, juice, water coffee etc, great for free! Would recommend for the price and would go again!"
"A beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious. Our 7 year old loved the pool and the basket ball nets in the grounds. The breakfast buffett is amazing we have never seen so many options."
