The breakfast was buffet style breakfast, hot food (sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, crispy potatoes, black pudding) pastries, toast, bread, cereals, continental style meats and cheeses. The room was clean and spacious, bath with shower. Slept really well. Room was warm, although if I'd had a look at the thermostat I'm sure it would've been fine. Even though the hotel is on a busy street and roundabout. You'd never know, so quiet. Staff really freindly and helpful. Close to the trian station and 10 minute walk to the Bullring

On check out they tell you your deposit will be refunded immediately or within the next day or too, still waitng nearly 48hrs later! Guess this deposit thing is new as NEVER been asked before on any Hotel.com stays before!
