This is an excellent hotel. It's still rather new and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff personnel are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very big and clean room. The front desk is so nice to upgrade us to a 1-BR executive room. The service staff are all very friendly. It is also very convenient to get grab/gojek ride hailing service as it will alight you at the hotel’s own drop off area instead of along the roadside. They also have a 24hr restaurant at same building but I think it belongs to another accommodation. Highly recommended!

I love my stay here. The team manage to cater to my request of decorating the room for my birthay friend. Birthday gurl was very happy with the decoration, towel art and cake. Thank you Irma & team. Apart from their great hospitality, the place was awesome, food was amazing, also there so much in-house activities we can join in too, subject to schedule. Overall, I am impressed and definely coming here again for my next trip to Malang. Thank you all.

Got interconnecting King & Deluxe Rooms for my family. Deserving of a 5star for the price point. Rooms and toilets were modern and clean, beds/pillows comfortable, just 10mins drive from the big Tunjungan Mall, Service staff attentive and polite. They went out of their way to search up massage parlours that we can go to since it is not available at hotel. Breakfast spread was good too. Our only grouse is that almost the whole bathroom gets wet due to the open concept shower area. Will certainly...
