"The location is close to the central train station. It only took 3-5 minute walk. It is 15 minutes train away to the airport. The hotel is clean and new. I stayed for 5 nights.
The only complain is the checking in far too complicated requiring too much info taking too long. The staffs were very friendly, but mostly in training. They were understaffed sometimes.

"The hotel and the proximity to the airport is great. And it is convenient to walk from your hotel to the baggage drop off areas. However the Hilton needs to address the ground floor second floor no bellhop not luggage drop off situation. We got a parking ticket because we were simply trying to figure out where to go. Once we found the way in and were good, it was a great place, with great breakfast choices and it lived up to the Hilton name. But we were off to a bad start with no signage, and not to sound too snobby but no bellhop without having to go in to find one. I think you expect certian things from brands like Hilton and this one needs to be thought through a little better. "
