This was my all time worst hotel experience. I was pleased to book a hotel next to the airport. I landed got out of the airport and faced the line of hotels. I walked the several blocks but no Marriott. I then asked no less than a dozen airport workers where the Marriott was and none new of it. I wandered the streets for an hour and 15 minutes and in desperation I thought I would just get a Taxi. The driver told me that that the Marriott is now in the Sheraton Hotel. He directed me back into the airport where you take an escalator to an upper level sky bridge across to the Sheraton building. Sings in the bridge and building do mention Marriott. So at 10:30 PM I arrive at a Marriott Checkin-in desk dripping with sweat and exhausted after pulling my baggage through the streets. I was rewarded only to stand in line for another 45 minutes where one overwhelmed woman tried to get people checked in. She was efficient and pleasant once I reached her. She asked if I wanted a wake up call and I said yes for 5:45 AM. Guess what? There was no call. The room was lovely but management its a mess. Hotels.com need s to tell you to go to the Sheraton Hotel Building or the Marriott needs to get there name on the front of the building.
