Would definitely return!
We found this hotel in the day of arrival and paid a decent rate considering the last minute reservation. The hotel is in an amazing location, we did not have any issues with noise or any disturbance at night time with little kids. Rooms are fairly small but it does the job if you booked it to sleep well after a long day out and about. The music downstairs was a little bit too much for my taste, I would have welcomed soothing music or a more relaxed type however this does not take away the good experience, this is totally personal preference. I would come back no questions asked!

Great Overall Stay
We had a great four day stay. The staff is phenomenal! They are all very helpful and clearly worked as a team, housekeeping, security, breakfast, checkout were all customer oriented. They all should be complimented. The breakfast was very nice, we enjoyed the live entertainment at 5. The only drawback is if you have a room on the upper floors. There are only 2 elevators to the higher floors. During check out and breakfast you might have to wait several minutes for an elevator. It can be frustrating. If that won’t bother you, 5 outta 5 for me.

Amazing Service
Had an amazing experience at the Fairfield!! Very busy but it was a Holiday weekend. The staff were all amazing so helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Justin at the front desk who was able to get us in our room early. We were on the 25th floor so no noise issues. Comfy Queen size beds not alot of floor space but this is Manhattan. Great location 2 blocks from Penn Station. Excellent Pizza on the corner at Vito’s! We were extremely happy with the Fairfield and would stay there again! Oh and there’s a bar in the lobby!

Great hotel
The buffet breakfast was very good. Large selection. The room was very good. 2 queen beds and very comfortable. Reasonable price (for NYC). Lobby was very comfortable. Happy hour with food. Guitar player / singer was a nice touch. Very convenient location to Penn Station. Only con: traffic was terrible. Including pedestrian traffic. Took forever to get out of the area by taxi.
