I like the hotel, since it has a great location. Close to Tokyo station and a lot of restaurants and Japanese bars are close too. Room size is bigger than in some other hotels close to Tokyo station, which I used previously

Rooms were very small but clean and location was excellent. Service was impeccable. Our room was super humid here first night and a dehumidifier was delivered within 10 mins as per request. Breakfast buffet was good although selection was not great. Would have appreciated more fresh fruit options, but this seems to be hard to find in Tokyo in general. Very family friendly as they also have baby amenities and card games upon request. Location and service were too notch.
