Check in took a long time as they consider children over the age of 12 as adults. Had to call hotels.com to make changes as the hotel staff was not willing to help. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor with no working AC in the summer in antalya. Washroom had no proper ventilation or window and it felt like a sauna. Hotel staff is rude and not helpful. Will never ever stay here again and highly advise against this place.

If you get a family suite keep in mind that most probably you will get a room on the second floor and they do not have elevators. Even though the staff was friendly and helped us with the luggage I travelled with a grandmother and it was very hard for her to go up and down the stairs. We also travelled with a small dog and they charged us extra fee for a pet. The breakfast is good and if you are planning to stay for a night, close to the airport and you don’t have a lot of luggage it can be a good option. The beach is a little far and you do need a car to get there. Overall the rooms were clean but the AC doesn’t cool down the room much so if you are planning to stay during the hot days there keep that in mind.

Antalya stay. Summer 2022
I booked 2 apartments. One of them has a washer and wifi. But the other one did not have a washer or wifi. The property advertised that every unit has wifi and a washer to do laundry. We have 2 small children, not been able to wash the clothes is very bad.
