Lovely break.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are helpful and service is very good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be that I asked in advance for a room away from the lifts but the room they gave us was directly opposite the lifts. We arrived late so I called down and the guy who checked us in was not very helpful. He said the hotel was full and they could “down grade” us tomorrow. We stayed in that room that night and saw a different receptionist the following day who explained the type of room we had chosen were all near the lifts. I asked why I wasn’t emailed sooner about that but I’m not sure anyone really cared. We ended up paying more for an upgrade and no concession was made for the poor communication or inconvenience which wasn’t satisfactory but we wanted to enjoy our week so accepted the upgrade and paid the difference. The reception team could definitely be friendlier and a little more accommodating. Aside from that it’s a lovely hotel. The other members of staff are great. The pools are lovely and the breakfast is excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and overall, our experience was really good. Although there were some initial issues with the room, such as an uncomfortable bed and a foul smell, the excellent customer service made up for it. The guest experience desk in the lobby was very helpful and the lady named ESEN went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She made the necessary calls to change our room and even sent us a thoughtful gift for our newborn baby. In addition to ESEN, the lady at the reception desk named SiDE was also very kind and accommodating. She provided us with two room options to choose from, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We were also granted a late check out by Mehmet although the hotel was fully booked and busy. Aside from the outstanding customer service, the hotel itself was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed not to forget the outstanding scenery and ambiance. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The exceptional customer service really stood out to me and made a huge difference in my stay.

Nice hotel, not so great reception team!
Very nice hotel, room service team were very friendly and helpful, they went the extra mile for me! The rooms are very nice and modern and are comfortable, just a shame you can hear other guests walking above you at night. My check in experience was OK to say the least, reception team seemed like they had better places to be, which was a bit of a bad start, the same when I checked out. When I was asking them a question, they were too busy gossiping and pointed me away once I paid my city tax. So I then asked the friendly security guard where I can leave my luggage. A shame to say the least as the rest of the hotel team have such great service, but I’m not sure where it went wrong at reception??
