Dirty, smelly and unfair trip cancellation policy.
Fell and broke my arm 3 weeks before the trip. Was not able to go, and received no refund! So disappointed with this policy. Friends who made the trip checked into the Manhattan, and discovered the room and hotel were disgustingly filthy and smelly. They immediately moved to the Hilton. I feel I deserve at least a partial refund.

Room was clean. But burn spots in the carpet, lamps didn’t work, hallway noise was the worst I’ve ever experienced with 2 inch gaps under the room door. Older hotel, but very beat up. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience, but this place needs some work.
