We are family with 2 kids and have spent 4 nights before heading back to Australia. Had a lovely relaxing stay in Marriott NDG. Check in and out was really easy. Staff were very helpful and always ready to help. Breakfast options were great. Loved the washing machine in our apartment. The lazy pool was my kids’ (and my) favourite. Food from restaurant are really nice as well. Thank you for the excellent staff esp mas Ollie, the manager, for the warm welcome and great service for us.

Great resort, location is just okay

This was an amazing resort, in terms of the value for the apartment for our family of seven, the pools and other amenities, and the level of service. The kids loved the choices of activities and the kids club. We didn't eat at the restaurants as we preferred the variety elsewhere. The shuttle to the beach was nice but we only used it one day as the beach had too much seaweed for us.

We found our stay at the Marriott to be absolutely fantastic. The staff were all amazing and friendly, the place was always well maintained and clean. The food was fabulous. Great resort. Pool was huge and our kids had a lot of fun. Restaurants/cafes are clean and have good food. Service was perfect. Close to a road that has restaurants so didn’t feel so confined in the resort. Apartment was big and beds very comfortable. No complaints about this hotel at all.

We had a 2bedroom and it was perfect for the family. Besides the kitchenette, over which we prepared breakfast and saved $80 a day (we spent $30 for the entire 3-day breakfast), there’s also a washing machine. We have stayed in a 1 bedroom with leaving room and kitchen that was very well equipped. We could easily prep meals for our family there. The staff from housemaid, concierge, front desk and restaurant (Momo caffe) we’re supper helpful offering an execelent service all the time. The cleaning was and we have animal figures everyday :).

Generally everything was good but it would be helpful if staff underwent some further training on customer service. Seems to be a trend if don’t understand or pretend not issue don’t get addressed. Very good hotel for our 3 children love the Pool.
