It was a lovely cozy place to stay with very clean pool, a homely vibe and very hospital staff.But the only thing i didn't like was there were many lizards near the pool area and also roaches. Other than that it is a must stay villa. Cheer!!

Room was aged and pool not well maintained. Villa is left open so mosquitoes cannot be kept out no matter what. Two serious issues encountered on our stay. 1. Got Bali belly from eating at buffet as it was the only meal that my partner had different prior to getting sick. Food out in open and not clean. Had doctor visit the villa and provide IV drip it was that bad. However, hotel staff in the morning asked how I was, which was nice. They did charge me room service for three slices of bread, which was all I could stomach. 2. Sunglasses were stolen, below are the events: Sunglasses left on table near lounge area on 23/1 approx. 3.30pm, went out for dinner but left sunglasses in room. Searched property on 24/1 prior to reporting to hotel staff at 10.30am Hotel staff said he will investigate but did not get back to us. Before checkout on 25/1 at 9.30am, I demanded footage to see who could have entered room in evening on 23/1. They said no footage exists as no cameras on the walkway which is entry to all rooms (I was surprised to hear this) They called back at 10.05am saying housekeeping claim they did not come into room during those hours. I requested proof so engineering guy came to scan the lock to see who entered that day. 11am, we got a report to show nobody had scanned except us and housekeeping only scanned at 11am. But it was false as when we came back at 3pm bed was not done so we asked housekeeping to clean and they scanned at 3.30pm

Team was very accommodating
It was not bad. Did not use the pool as it didn’t seem clean. Apparently they clean after each guest but wasn’t sure ours was cleaned. Previous guests dirty cups and dishes were still by the door of our unit when we arrived. Service by the team was excellent! They were attentive and responded quickly. We hired a driver and car on our last day and he was beyond accommodating. Wish we had hired him earlier on our trip. Suggestions based on our experience: 1) Bed was NOT comfortable. Please upgrade! 2) Outside needs paint, 3) construction next door was noisy so we stayed out more - maybe a good thing!? 4) breakfast could have used more choices of fresh items. And please add some lighting in there. It was too dim for no reason. Overall, sure we would stay there again ONLY if we knew the beds were upgraded. Oh and there are mosquitoes as the downstairs area where the pool is in an open space.
