This hotel is really close to the subway station and some great Soul attractions like Seoul Tower, Biff Square, and Lotte shopping mall. Breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was rude and unfriendly. I accidentally lost my room card key and the manager was rude and charged me $30 for a card!!

Staff were really nice. Close to subway station and lotte department store and jagalchi fish market. Could have been a bit cleaner and the heat was on so strong we had to turn on the AC even though it was winter so I felt that was a bit of a waste.

The front desk clerks were always helpful. The best was the fried chicken they recommended, ordered and had delivered for us. Everything was great. I didn't understand the cleaning of the rooms. We were not messy so it wasn't an issue. They emptied our garbage everyday and made sure we had clean towlels, but they didn't make up the beds. But other than that it was fine.

Hotel itself was nice being located near the busan tower and right up the street from Lotte Mart, breakfast and parking included in price. Room was lovely with a view of the tower, basically hot tub for a bath, bed was bit firm but enjoyable for the size. Since the typhoon was coming through, the staff were very welcoming and allowed me to stay an extra night at same price I paid for online, including breakfast.
