BEST customer service!
I wish we could have stayed longer at this wonderful hotel. It's small, only 6 rooms on our floor. The room was perfect for 2 of us. Everything was super clean, some toiletries were provided, bath robe, and slippers as well. The gentleman at the front desk provided THE BEST customer service I have EVER experienced at any hotel in my life! Upon check-in, without us having to ask, he inquired what our plans were. He provided a map of local restaurants and sites of interest in the immediate area and offered assistance in finding transportation to other locations we might be interested in around Busan. He was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel also allowed baggage storage prior to check-in and after check-out. LOVED this hotel! I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Busan!

Nampo is an old area which will give you a true feel for Busan. But there are nicer areas to stay like Songdo. The staff tried to charge for everything extra possible. Early check in (per hour rate) when they said it would be free, a Korean bed (which is just bedding) , no extra pillows. The front desk had a lot of information to provide on where to go but lacked true hospitality to guest

Fantastic hotel, great location and fantastic staff. We stayed in the Family Twin room with balcony and great views over Busan harbour - plenty of room for 4 of us for 5 days. Location is great - Jagalchi fish market and BIFF Square are less than 5 mins walk and Busan Metro is 2 mins - giving easy access to the whole of fabulous Busan. Staff are fantastic and super helpful - with lots of great recommendations for all types of local restaurants. They excelled themselves by booking tickets for us to go to the baseball - which was a fantastic experience to see the faithful Lotte Giants fans in full swing.
