Good location
Stayed for 4 nights. Location is great as it is close the 2 train stations, Buam and Seomyeon so going around Busan is pretty easy. Have a lot of dining options outside the hotel as well. Our room is spacious and clean but must say the bed is quite uncomfortable and find it hard to be able to sleep straight through the night even though we usually get back in the hotel after a LOT of walking. There's a free wifi but opted not to use it because it does not require password to access, used our rented pocket wifi instead. I find the staff, both in checking in and out, while they were able to assist us (as it should be), was detached and cold almost a snob.

The room was very clean, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the property was nice. I would definitely stay here if I were to visit Busan again. Good location close to several restaurants and shopping areas. 10/10x

The most uncomfortable sleep of my life. The hotel was set on putting heating in all the rooms (due to the cool weather), and because of this our room was often sitting at about 28 degrees and the only breeze that could come through was from the window (which would also let in all the noise from the busy streets below). We asked them three separate times to turn the heating OFF but no action. It's a shame, as this hotel was really centrally located near Seomyeon station and lots of great restaurants, pochas, and entertainment.
