    Hotels.com gave us the wrong address so we were unable to find the hotel until after we made reservations at another hotel! Looked like a great place I blame it fully on Hotel.com that sent us to an undesirable area with the address they gave us in the confirmation email! I will never book through them again!

    Not the best hotel but it was okay if you are on a budget, room was clean the first day and due to Covid room service was cancelled. Noise neighbors shower was not very well cleaned overall i will say for a trip it’s affordable and near the falls

    The air conditioner in the room was broken and 78 degrees in room first night then I let the hotel know at 10 am and it was fixed at midnight after a long day at Niagara Falls!!! I was exhausted drying 8 hours home since no sleep first night it was fixed and cool 2 nd night!!! Yaaaaa!!! Never the less Niagara Falls by side so beautiful and it was a great trip!!!

    Most disappointing vacation ever
    This was the Worse hotel experience ever. The service wasn't good. There was no room service at all during the 4 days of stay. We call front desk for garbage bags they said we had to go get it our self at the front desk. The first Room was So dirty it not even funny second room was still dirty The floor & bathroom where dirty and it looked like nothing was wiped down in weeks. I’m not one to keep complainingSo I just clean it myself just to feel comfortable. In this day and age of the pandemic can we please give customers some sense of confidence that their room was disinfected and cleaned!! On top of that housekeeping is not wear masks!!! This place is dirty However not only where the rooms dirty the pool was also disgusting felt bad had to tell my kids to get out when I noticed it there was even kids spitting in the pool Refrigerator didn’t cool. Not clean as I expected. Can clean better and show have better room service & keep things better and it was so noisy and service was not great at all do not recommend

    We stayed here in 2 rooms for 1 night and starting from check in it was the most unpleasant stay ever! The check in lady was disgustingly rude to customers even before she got to us, the poor guests in front of us looked baffled. Upon our time to check in she had an attitude like she hated her job and people. I get it that people have bad days but come on! There’s no need for that, if you don’t like your job then do something else. Oh and on Facebook on her cell while checking us in. Upon getting to the rooms they were so dirty! One of them hadn’t even been cleaned! Trash everywhere, sheets half made the rest of the floor, toilet was disgusting. The other room looked much better but bathroom was also dirty and the headboards had greasy stains all over them plus the walls had splatters of who knows what. Called the front desk and once again the agent was absolutely rude, said there’s nothing I can do right now you’re gonna have to wait. Waited 20 mins or so and called again she said I told you you have to wait cause I’m busy and I said you know we did pay and you’re absolutely rude for no reason and hung up. A little while later she called and changed our keys to another room which wasn’t any better. Tried hotels.com and they didn’t help. They said to try and deal with the hotel directly. All in all it was an awful stay with terrible customer service. It’s too bad because it could have potential if they upgraded their front desk staff and cleaning crew.

    They allowed us to check in 3 hours early, very friendly and accomodating.In the morning they gave us bagged breakfasts with a big muffin, fruit cup' orange juice and a bottled water. Very clean and appearing to stick with covid precautions. My only gripe was we told them our tv remote was not working and when we came home that night it was not replaced. Other than that 5 min walk to casino and about 10-15 to Falls.
